I am a very indecisive person and I drove about 10 vehicles before I made a final decision to purchase. It took me so long to decide only because they had so many car selections to choose from and they all were absolutely great. But after I drove the ml 550 I was hooked! James dealt with my irresolute behavior perfectly. He was calm, extremely informative ,and knowledgeable of all vehicles. He never displayed any signs of frustration as do most car dealerships I've previously went to prior to my arrival to the Manahawkin Auto Sales lot. The staff were professional, funny and very honest when I asked them which car suit me best. They treated me like a human being and not like a walking dollar bill. I was hesitant to start shopping used cars but they made it such a pleasurable experience! Talked me through financing, warranties, servicing the car, etc.... With patience and knowledge! Condition of Vehicle Not Disclosed I recently, December 2016, purchased a used Jeep from Manahawkin Auto Sales. I am out of state and had the vehicle shipped to me. I was told by the ow I recently, December 2016, purchased a used Jeep from Manahawkin Auto Sales. I am out of state and had the vehicle shipped to me. I was told by the owner's brother on the phone that the Navigation system worked fine. Upon trying the system, the prompt asked me to insert the Navigation DVD....no DVD came with the vehicle, a $145 dollar item. Therefore there could be no mistaking that there was no Navigation at all.....I was obviously lied to. My heat did not work on the first two settings..I needed a new Resistor Blower Motor costing me $151.00. The glass on the tailgate could hardly open since the rear glass xxxxxxwere completely worn out costing me another $159.50. Both of these problems were obvious and should have been repaired before the vehicle was shipped. I feel I was taken advantage of because I am an older woman, which they knew, and because it was being shipped and once it arrived....too late to do anything since I signed the Sold As Is form. Shame on the Schultz brothers for taking advantage of me. They refuse to even help me pay for these repairs. BUYERS BEWARE....ESPECIALLY FEMALES More
