I brought my car in because my a/c was broken. I had notified them the day before I was coming in and would need a loaner. When I arrived they told me they had no loaner but would get me a rental I had notified them the day before I was coming in and would need a loaner. When I arrived they told me they had no loaner but would get me a rental at Enterprise. I waited and they came and told me that they had confirmed a rental for me and an employee would take me there. I was dropped off at Enterprise with my 12 year old child and the driver left us there. When I spoke with the Enterprise employee she told me they had no cars available for me and couldn't help me. I was stranded at Enterprise with my child with no way to get home. I called Mandal and they acted like it was not their problem. After I.got very angry they sent someone to pick me up.and allegedly take me home to Ocean Springs. On the way to my house they called and said my car was magically fixed. I feel like they temporarily fixed my car to get me out of their dealership because I was so angry. They treated me horribly and basically left me stranded with my child with no concern. More
It is a very busy place. The staff in the service office was prompt and friendly. I scheduled a dropped off my car around 11 am and was told it would be done in a few hours.
