Mandal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

While I was told when I had my truck serviced the first time there my heater and air conditioning were totally covered. I had not ran my heater for a good while and when it only blew cold I called. I then was told they want to sell me a new heater core. (I just bought a factory one 2 Decembers ago) I said I wanted to have the service mgr call me and he never did. This was Friday. Monday I called again and asked for the mgr. he never called me back. I picked the truck up and still no call. I took it home, opened the hood to find the over flow bottle loose, the cover for the fan blade loose and where the clip goes to hold it down broken at the radiator. The insulation under the hood is now falling. So to put it mildly, I will never recommend Mandel for any service work or new purchase. I now have to find someone to fix all the things that the service technician messed up on top of get other options on the heater. Thanks More
