Less-than-impressive interaction with service dept I own a Hyundai which was involved in a recall. I scheduled the repair appt nearly a week in advance. Dropped the car off the night before. The next m I own a Hyundai which was involved in a recall. I scheduled the repair appt nearly a week in advance. Dropped the car off the night before. The next morning, Troy Woudstra (service advisor) called me and told me they didn't have the parts. Said they would have "10 more" the next day. So, I had to go fetch my car, and bring it back the next day. The actual repair was fast, in fact, the hassle relocating the vehicle twice took easily 4 times as long! Not sure who dropped the ball in the service department. Scheduling appts for parts you don't have, and then not telling the customer until mid morning the day of. Rather disappointing. More
