We expected to purchase another used vehicle that met our immediate needs but wasn't what We really wanted. Maria immeadiately got in the ball to make this experience one we wouldn't regret and asked to try and get us in a brand new car. We didn't think it was possible but figured we would let her try. After her and the finance team working diligently to make our dream of owning a brand new car come true for several hours we left the lot as owners of a beautiful brand new Ford Fiesta. I was elated and couldn't be happier with our purchase or our experience. The team was helpful but not pushy and didn't seem to be trying to push things on us to pad their pockets but genuinely to help meet our needs while making us happy with our purchase. More

Willie was an outstanding finance rep and explained everything to us....definitely would recommend this dealership. Ask for Anthony when you get there...you won’t be disappointed! Mentioned to him we were missing floor mats and the Navigation SD chip...next day he had us nice all weather floor mats and told us he ordered the SD card and it would be in first week of JAN ‘18...he really take care of you! I wish the dealership had different GAP insurance policies...wasn’t thrilled with the only option I received...especially when I find out the Credit Union that I got my loan thru offered GAP for wayyy less then what I wound up paying...disappointed I wasn’t informed about it. Still say the dealership is good, just know what your options are so you don’t get surprised a sigining time! Not the sales rep fault I’d say that’s a lack of info with finance management. Great experience overall...would recommend this dealership and sales rep to anyone! More
