I thoroughly enjoyed shopping at Max Ford/Hyundai. I was torn between the Tuscon and Santa Fe and Ty patiently went over the details with me many times and let me test drive several times. One afternoon he even went out in the rain to get the vehicle down off the big ramp so I could test drive it! He was very knowledgeable and never made me feel uncomfortable or hurried.
