I walked in on a Thursday hoping pie-in-the-sky to find a 2017 Prius, preferably white with low mileage. He called me the moment it arrived, two days later, so I could come down and check it out and put a hold on it if I wanted to. It was in beautiful condition with only one owner. I really felt like I had an advocate. I was able to trade in my Honda at a fair price and they gave me a loaner car until the Prius was inspected and had some parts replaced, which took just a few days.
