Bummer for this appt. For this appointment that was on a Friday, I was texted a little after 4 pm that an automobile part (hose) did not arrive that was necessary to comple For this appointment that was on a Friday, I was texted a little after 4 pm that an automobile part (hose) did not arrive that was necessary to complete my service request. Was set-up with a loaner car (which is expected), since my service was not totally complete. There was a last-minute scramble to provide insurance documents as required for the loaner car. Was texted that the car would be ready on Saturday, but that was delayed due to some other car jobs and only one master tech available. The car work was completed on Monday. I was given a 20% discount, but that's only 5% additional above the 15% coupon that I presented at the service write-up that morning. Honda should contact me sooner that the hose did not arrive, rather than in the 4 o'clock hour. More

Tire repair on short notice with no appointment I needed a tire repair ASAP after I noticed a large screw embedded in my left rear tire. I did not have an appointment, and it was a Monday afternoon I needed a tire repair ASAP after I noticed a large screw embedded in my left rear tire. I did not have an appointment, and it was a Monday afternoon after a big rain storm. Mary Beth at the Customer Service desk jumped right on it and found service advisor Tracee Olibas to help me. Tracee worked very hard to get me in and out of the service bay as soon as possible. A big "shout out" to Mary Beth and Tracee for all their help in getting me taken care of ASAP on short notice with no appointment. I really appreciate that! More

Emergency evacuation. I usually do not write reviews but, I had my vehicle towed to ManlyHonda for maintenance. Jose R. made everything comfortable and understanding in my needs The staff was professionaL as always.then- They provided a brand new 2020 showroom Honda CR-V as the rental car While maintenance was waiting on me to make decisions on parts and whatnot for the repair, And all the sudden an emergency flood evacuation took place I was really getting some piece of mind and thinking about buying this car! Reminding me why I stay with Honda. (too many reasons) 35 days later Manly Honda stood by their customer Satisfaction in just asking if I was ok and enjoying the rental and that my car has been ready.for days. I had been having phone issues and could not get messages . though I have to admit- I was endulging at this point having fun driving and evaluating this Honda to and from work And I was going to pay the depth I owed. ( the 2020 CR-V is amazing ) But Jose R.wasn't done. Coming out of an evacuation and having some other issues Jose provided me with a gift on the rental that I was responsible for.. I was almost in tears and disbelief of the financial burden that he went out of his way To save me. This is why I call Manly Honda My Honda Dealer... Thank you Honda And thank you so much Jose R.
