Frustration On March 8th, I had a 2:00 appointment but called ahead and asked if I could bring my car in at noon. I had a friend use her lunch hour to pick me up On March 8th, I had a 2:00 appointment but called ahead and asked if I could bring my car in at noon. I had a friend use her lunch hour to pick me up. I was there a little before noon and stood in front of the work space as you come in the service door. I waited for over 5 minutes before one of the three service men looked up from their paper work and asked how could he help. I said I came to drop off my car and was told I needed to go to another counter. I go to that counter and was told to wait for an available service man. After watching the three men on duty, one helping a customer and two doing paper work, I approached the desk and told the young lady that I have been waiting over ten minutes. Several minutes later I was helped. When I picked my car up, the service person who helped me on Tuesday was off and it took over 10 minutes to find my paper work. I usually take my car in the morning and have never had such poor service. More

Always helpful and will give me discounts on items/service. I have had two Honda Elements over the last 12 years. I always take my cars to Honda. They give me excellent service. This last time, they matched the price of 4 new tires to TireRack. A few times there have been miscommunications or issues where I have been unhappy with the service. When I bring it directly to their attention, they take care of it immediately and go out of their way to fix the issue. Staff are knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciate Manly Honda so much and would be very sad if I ever had to find another mechanic. More

Great service! However, the 2 women that greet you and look up your appt have been anti-social and rude upon every one of my arrivals.
