I made the appointment on line and when I got there I was told by the lady who greeted me, (somewhat arrogantly and bordering on gruff), I shouldn't do that, I should call and make an appointment. My thoughts are...why is the online scheduling even available if we should not use it and why was a phone call not made to me asking me to change the appointment time as my reason for service was specified in the online schedule request. I was told I would have to wait two hours because techs were going to lunch which I totally understand - it's not their fault. It just seemed like I was being reprimanded and I didn't appreciate that. She was better when I checked out. However, it may be a good idea for someone to check the online schedule and contact customers if they think a better time would work. My experience overall with Subaru service has been very good in the past. More
The on-line appointment application only accepted one of the services I requested, but I was able to straighten that out by email with the service representative identified on the confirmation page. My car needed some unexpected repairs that were going to take longer and I was offered completed service that same day.
