Lauren was professional and friendly. However, one of the two reasons that I came in was because my tire was damaged. I had taken it to a local tire expert who told me that it appeared to have a defect from the manufacturing process. I called and was told that your service department needed to inspect it. In my mind an "inspection" would be more thorough than standing next to the car and looking at the tire. When I pointed this out, I was informed that there was and extra charge to take it off of the car and actually inspect it. I was not happy about this. In the end Lauren removed that charge from my bill but I find it ridiculous that it even had to be discussion. The second reason I was there was for the installation of a remote start and that process was seamless. More
