Our overall experience at Maple Hill was good. Our sales rep was nice and friendly. The vehicle we bought was the first generation of that particular model. Therefore, I felt like it was a little difficul rep was nice and friendly. The vehicle we bought was the first generation of that particular model. Therefore, I felt like it was a little difficult for the sales rep to answer all of our questions because they were not as familiar with that model car. I called a maintenance rep shortly after purchasing the car to ask a question to see if something the car was doing was normal. The sales rep called with an hour and confirmed that was normal, but I felt like he was a little short with me and I was not able to fully ask everything I wanted to ask before he hung up. The car still has under 1000 miles, so I have not had the experience of actually going in for maintenance as of yet. More
