1st of all its I love my Genesis and I did love my My service with Zeigler of Holland Mi. before they closed down the Genesis lot. Now I have to take car to Maple Hill Volvo in Kamazoo MI. I was get a lo service with Zeigler of Holland Mi. before they closed down the Genesis lot. Now I have to take car to Maple Hill Volvo in Kamazoo MI. I was get a loaner car to take care of my business. Like picking up my kids which I couldn't do it that day when Maple didn't give me one. Because it's not in there loaner range. If you going to close down a place of business and move customers else where they should get the same service. I bought the car because I thought it was a quality car with quality service that comes with it. Now I'm thinking I should have with elsewhere and bought a different car. My car is only 2 years old. The person came over to Muskegon 90 miles away in a car but it wasn't no longer car. Genesis dealership has to do better. I was hurt plus I was told.
