Great Service; very nice people I visited many dealerships as I was looking for a truck. Marchese Chevrolet was by far the best; not only in selection of vehicles but what a great a I visited many dealerships as I was looking for a truck. Marchese Chevrolet was by far the best; not only in selection of vehicles but what a great atmosphere and people. Efrain Garcia was the salesman who helped me find the perfect truck. He was very personable and 'real' unlike many salesman I have dealt with in the past. He is extremely knowledgeable about Chevy's and walked me through every detail of the truck I purchased. He was very transparent about every detail of the truck, even pointing out imperfections I had overlooked. It's really nice to have a salesman who is transparent and honest. I was on a pretty strict budget and between Efrain and the manager Chris they were very willing to negotiate price and trade in value to make the deal work. There was also a Tonneau bed cover in the listing that was not on the truck, which I pointed out; without hesitation they honored the listing and had the bed cover installed. After purchasing the vehicle I got home and received a message from Efrain that I forgot my EZ Pass in the trade in vehicle. Efrain offered to meet me at a location on his way home to drop off the EZ Pass so i didn't have to drive all the way back to the dealership (Which is about a 40 minute drive). I can't tell you how much I appreciate a salesman going out of his way for a customer even after the sale was made. If your looking for a great selection of vehicles and excellent service I would definitely recommend this dealership and specifically Efrain Garcia; Very nice person and excellent salesman. More
