Made a hour and fifteen minute trip from Sullivan County to their dealership.I called ahead and made sure vehicle was still available. I then went to dealership and told them what I expected to receive for my trade, what I was willing to make for a payment and after about 20 minutes I had an approval and they sent the new Tahoe I was purchasing into be prepped so I could drive the vehicle home that day. Vehicle came out of prep and again I was pleased that they took the time to go over every detail and make sure I was happy with the vehicle I was purchasing. I took the vehicle home to my wife as that was who I was purchasing it for and she was smiling from ear to ear. I am overjoyed and am thankful to have had such an excellent experience with a dealership such as Marchase Chevrolet. The thankfulness doesn't stop there. Two days later after purchasing the new Tahoe the dealership went to clean our trade in vehicle and one of the cleaners found my wife's credit card in the vehicle and was honest enough to turn it in. Walked in to look into possibly buying a certified used car. I spoke with Ian about my interest in a specific car and he walked me through the process in a very friendly and easy going manner. I never once felt like i was simply a walking dollar sign as you do with many other dealerships. Ian and everyone else quickly and professionally walked me through the process step by step. In financing; i was walked through each individual aspect, including extras and not once did i feel pushed to buy something i was not looking to buy. Each extra was very well explained and what would be recommended as well as what would be best for the needs of my individual car. I liked the laid back almost casual but yet professional feel to dealership, right down to the friendly dog that walks around and greets everyone he sees. I would not hesitate to buy from here again. I was searching for the first vehicle that I would purchase with my own money and I was very interested in the Chevy Equinox SUV...I had visited another place before going to Marchese and I got an ide purchase with my own money and I was very interested in the Chevy Equinox SUV...I had visited another place before going to Marchese and I got an idea about price and whether I wanted to finance or lease. Ultimately I decided that the best option for me would be to lease a 2013 Equinox LT. The price the first dealer gave me was good but I wanted to check somewhere else before I made my decision. So one day my father and I decided to go down to Marchese since we only live a few minutes away. I had searched their inventory online before i went but I just wanted a better idea of what was available. We walked in and were introduced to Ken. We sat down with him and we told him what we were looking for. He told us what was available and he said he had a few LTs left, three of which were white and one Titanium gray. The latter one I saw on the website and I like the color so I asked if he would point us to that one. I loved the color and the interior so we asked if he could crunch some numbers for us. The entire time he was not pushy and he was very friendly about everything and made sure he gave us the best deal. We also got to talk to the manager in passing, who was also very friendly and very appreciative that we stopped in that day. What I was most surprised at is how smoothly everything went, and for me leasing for the first time and all, I had a great experience. Long story short, we put down on the lease that day, because the price and the service were EXCELLENT. I drove my new Equinox home that day and if felt great. I am completely satisfied with the service I got from the Marchese dealership and would happily buy again from them in the future. More

The service and follow up prior to the sale were great. Ken is a low pressure kind of guy that you enjoy doing business with. I specifically sought out Tom Ulbrich because he had sold my husband, and my daughter their cars at the dealership at which he had worked previously (that dealership had closed!) Even though Marchese is an out-of-the way location for me, it was definitely worth the trip. I was comfortable with the way I was dealt with. I did have an issue, but it was resolved with NO problem, and my satisfaction with my purchase appeared to be a concern for all involved. We generally keep our cars for MANY years, but when I do need a new car, I will definitely be returning to Marchese, and Tom. More
