Went in for simple service. The minimum amount of information was provided at the front desk. No one greeted me upon arrival to the service area. Everyone supposed to assist cu The minimum amount of information was provided at the front desk. No one greeted me upon arrival to the service area. Everyone supposed to assist customers we’re talking amongst themselves. Once I finally got someone it took two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. When inside my car I checked tire pressure and it was 55 psi way over the proper specs for the tires on my car which are brand new. This leads me to have serious doubts about the rest of the simple service done. Overall not the best experience. Same as when I bought the car which was a horrible experience.
