Service Advisor David Denson was amazing. Best service I have ever received from a dealership. He was communicative, courteous, respectful, personable and thorough. I can really appreciate that as those arent common qualities at a dealership. Went in for an oil change for my Jeep Wrangler Untl'd and ended up buying a new Pacifica due to how well I was treated and the good deal I was presented with by sales rep Sam and Cliff in finance. Cliff is great at working with his buyers to get them into their vehicles and Sam really worked a deal for me that I couldn't refuse. More

The wait time to turn in my car was a bit too long. I had to come back after an oil change to fix a problem I already booked an appointment for because the part was not in stock. They graciously ubered me home but the Uber pick up to get my car was cancelled and I had tried to reach service to reschedule but could not get through. I got my own ride to pick up the car. More
