Last minute took my car for an oil change due to a trip… technician as very friendly and helpful, in less than one hour I had my Pacifica serviced, tires rotated. Had an excellent experience. The finance process was not clear. I was sold things that I did not need and ended with a high monthly payment. Also, the roof top was damaged and had to wait 1 month and a half to get I was sold things that I did not need and ended with a high monthly payment. Also, the roof top was damaged and had to wait 1 month and a half to get it fixed. I had to keep asking otherwise no one would contact me. I requested talking to a manager and no one called. When they finally fixed it, service ruined the mats in the back. Sorry not purchasing from you ever again. More
