The AUS MP-10538 Fuel Injector installed in my car costs $59.40 at the manufacturer’s website. I was charged $482.24 by Arrigo. The Mopar spark plug each costs $9.44 ($56.64 for six). I was charged $34.39 for each ($206.34 for a complete set of six). I was charged $572.50 in labor alone for evaluation of oil leaks and replacement of both valve cover gaskets. The technician notes that “the gaskets are very likely to leak again” because “the torque spec of 10 n.m. were never achieved in several bolts." Service Advisor Brian Crystall said the technician only achieved 8 n.m. Brian said I should bring the car back in 6 months for a check. Finally, it took a week to complete repairs, and numerous attempts to reach Brian for a status update were unsuccessful. A week later, noticed engine was hard to start, and took car to a local repair shop. They found that the IAC was not reconnected at Arrigo. I find this experience completely unsatisfactory, and not what I expect from Chrysler. More
