Terrible service department , took my truck for service engine light with appointment and they kept my truck for 9 days without doing jack xxxx. I called several times fir status the advisor us no where to engine light with appointment and they kept my truck for 9 days without doing jack xxxx. I called several times fir status the advisor us no where to be found or gave me any call backs after leaving several messages the didn’t even call after I left messages. Finally the answer was technicians mom is sick so we just kept the car wondering how we can change you more. I manager and the director should be fired for running a circus dealership. More
