Ufreddo my service writer was great. The shop didn’t get the job done right until the 3rd time. When I kept bringing it back never did I feel Ufreddo was annoyed. He actually was the one who did the last thing that enable my Bluetooth. To work in the car. Not so sure about the mechanics though. This should have been all handled the first time. They just never tested it before telling me to come get my car. The o my reason is bring it back to this dealer is because my service writer was awesome. More

They had our 2022 Gladiator for 5 days to perform 3 recalls, an oil change and tire rotation. Picked up the Jeep today, I see the tires were never rotated and the oil life monitor was not reset, not su recalls, an oil change and tire rotation. Picked up the Jeep today, I see the tires were never rotated and the oil life monitor was not reset, not sure the oil change was even done. I have left messages with the Service Manager and the General Manager. Nobody seems interested in calling me back. What a shame such poor customer service! More

The service center misdiagnosed the problem with my 2012 Doge Charger. Costing me $250 just to look at the engine. They told me it was definitely the water pump when it is a blown head gasket, I wasted mone Doge Charger. Costing me $250 just to look at the engine.
