Arrigo Chrysler Dealership in Margate not only has awful customer service but lies to their customers as to the services performed on vehicles. I took my vehicle in for servicing on a recall and not only wa customer service but lies to their customers as to the services performed on vehicles. Had great service from Service Advisor Fidel Miranda at Arrigo Dodge Margate. I have a 2016 Dodge Durango Citadel. Had extensive maintenance done to correct motor mount , electrical , fuel and transmission Arrigo Dodge Margate. I have a 2016 Dodge Durango Citadel. Had extensive maintenance done to correct motor mount , electrical , fuel and transmission problems. Got my Durango back in like new shape with most of the repairs covered by my Mopar extended Warranty. Very happy with my almost new car now. More

Customer service needs to improve in communication skills. I’ve had problems with my 2019 Jeep compass since day 1. No call updates on car being serviced. I had to call several times (after being h skills. I’ve had problems with my 2019 Jeep compass since day 1. No call updates on car being serviced. I had to call several times (after being hung up on 3 times) for updates only to find out I needed a rental at almost closing time. Car was under extended warranty and Arrigo was trying to charge me extra. Had they checked my information, clearly it was there for their viewing. Highly dissatisfied with this dealership. More
