Customer service needs to improve in communication skills. I’ve had problems with my 2019 Jeep compass since day 1. No call updates on car being serviced. I had to call several times (after being hung up on 3 times) for updates only to find out I needed a rental at almost closing time. Car was under extended warranty and Arrigo was trying to charge me extra. Had they checked my information, clearly it was there for their viewing. Highly dissatisfied with this dealership. More

Was told wait would be an hour- hour 1/2 for oil change. I returned after this time and one person told me the car was not brought back yet. Another told me the water pump was broken and it would take longe I returned after this time and one person told me the car was not brought back yet. Another told me the water pump was broken and it would take longer. If that was the case they should’ve called me to inform me it would take longer so I’m not stuck waiting at the dealership. Took about 4 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and water pump replacement not an hour hour 1/2. More
