Very disappointed in this dealership in every department! During my purchase at the beginning of the year, I got totally ripped off, so the sales department and their “managers” are crooks. First off, they don’t have the parts (yes, the dealership doesn’t have parts for their own brand), They kept the vehicle for 2 weeks for a simple repair, kept finding excuses and issues to hike up the price. This delay has cost me a fortune in rental car fees. Unacceptable! Stay away from this dealership. I hope that in the future, all dealerships go away and they operate like Tesla, no need for shady sales people. More
