He made me feel, like he was “doing me a favor” to even talk to me! I told him: Do you know why I am here Brian? It’s because you Brian never answer my phone calls, or text me with an update! So I have to drive all the way here to talk to you to find out what is going on with my service truck! Do you think that’s a sign of good customer service ? My company service truck - that is used for emergency power outage services, like the ones people are experiencing now after hurricane IAN - never got fixed after almost two months in there ! It might still be there; for all I know because my company ( aggreko ) gave me a new work truck and told me not to worry about it anymore because our company lawyers would handle the rest. More
