I was not acknowledged for quite a while first of all. I pulled up and sat there for a while there is usually someone that greets you that’s fine so I went in by the counter there were 5 guys behind the c I pulled up and sat there for a while there is usually someone that greets you that’s fine so I went in by the counter there were 5 guys behind the counter all talking some busy working some not really finally the younger kid that was new asked if I was helped I said no and he checked me in for a free oil change I had coming and said I get a 5 point inspection and it will take about an hour to hour and a half. I told him I would be waiting in the lobby. So about 2 hours go by and nothing I see him walk by a few times and he sees me. So half hour more I go up to the counter and ask if my car is done. He looks it up oh yeah I called u and left u a message, it was only like 15 minutes ago. I said that’s fine. Just give me the car. He said he couldn’t do that his keys were on his desk. More
