Terrible service experience. Showed up 15 minutes early for my 10:00 service appointment. Stood there for almost 30 minutes before getting acknowledged. There were 5 service writers playing on their cellphones. They did not even make any effort. Finally someone decided to ask me what I was there for. The appointment was for a software update on my 2022 Gladiator. When they looked up my appointment they told me that Brian Crystall was the only person that can help me. Once he freed up with his customer he proceeded to look up my appointment. I indicated that I was going to wait. He said OHHHH! well you are probably going to wait all in a condescending tone. I told him I didn't have that kind of time that's why I indicated wait when booking the appointment. He was disrespectful and kept coming at me verbally when I told him I was going to leave because I don't get treated like that. As I was leaving I decided to ask for the general manager. He wasn't available but Jeff Golden the GSM came out to speak with me about the situation. He was kind and compassionate and listened to my concerns. He asked if he can make things right with me. I agreed to give them another chance to perform my recall. The work was done in 30. I still have no desire to step back in that dealership. I won't get treated like garbage! I'm not asking for special treatment but to be treated like a human being and show me that my business like everyone's matters. Brian Crystall definitely needs customer service training More
