I had an appointment at 3 pm. Went inside to a miserable person who didn’t even say hello. He was slumped in his chair. I felt as though I was bothering him. I had a coupon but he said it wasnt valid at your dealership. I asked him if he had any other coupons going on. He said no . When I got home I noticed I had another coupon for get 3 oils changes for less than I paid for one. I have been leasing cars for 20 years and have been to many car dealerships. Every time I come to your location, it’s a nightmare. The only one that has a smile on his face is the valet man. He is always very nice. Got in my car and there was oil on the passenger seat. I never have a good experience at your location. More
