They broke my wheel lock and stripped my lug nut! I waited over 5 hours for a simple oil change and tire cross rotation. I watched the auto tech perform the service and he did not cross rotate my tir I waited over 5 hours for a simple oil change and tire cross rotation. I watched the auto tech perform the service and he did not cross rotate my tires after having told the girl who took my keys. The tech came out and informed me the lug nut got stripped without a care in the world. They used the air gun incorrectly breaking my wheel lock and stripping my lug nut. I spoke with the manager who looked at the cameras and stated that they owed me a new tire lock key. I’m irate and really believe the techs are incompetent and have zero idea about what they are doing! More

I am just giving a 5 star review to this dealership, because of my first salesman, Luis Duran Fensterseifer, and manager Jonathas Freire. Only because of Luis Duran that did an excellent job of showing because of my first salesman, Luis Duran Fensterseifer, and manager Jonathas Freire. Only because of Luis Duran that did an excellent job of showing the pickup that I still want, when I was about to leave, showing me all the features and very product savy. He was able to help me until the end, but unfortunately, we couldn’t close the numbers on the weekend. Today, labor day I was contacted by another salesman, when I called in, came back to the dealership to have a HORRIBLE experience, the salesman, Luis Gaitan, was very rude and aggressive, he was just trying to make a sale without even care. I even try to go back to talk to Luis Duran F, and they started to give him a bad time. The only people that actually work and know how to treat customers are Jonathas Freire and Luis Duran F, they are the only reason I came in today, and even consider a future visit. More

I was told they could get my truck in to exchange the running boards as long as I was there by 3:30 pm. I had taken off work to get there on time and my truck was taken to the back where I waited for abo running boards as long as I was there by 3:30 pm. I had taken off work to get there on time and my truck was taken to the back where I waited for about an hour. One of the service representives came out to talk to my salesman and told him that they could not get my truck in at that time to reschedule. I had explained to them that I had to take off work to get there. If it was not fit my sales representative fighting for me I would not of had my truck taken care of. He also stated that it would be a minimum of 6 hrs because they were after market running boards. Having installed running boards my self and the running boards being the same boards I had installed on a previous truck, I knew it could of been done in one hour, because that's what it took me with one person helping me doing it on the floor not on a lift. The service department should of figured out how to take my truck in to be completed. They also had a can not do it attitude. It has made me think twice about taking my truck there for service again.
