DAVID WAS VERY NICE & PROFESSIONAL. The car repairs were handled well but it took too long, and we had problems getting through on the phone for updates. I am totally disappointed because I waited for the service for four and a half hours without anybody telling me that the service was completed. The guy who attended me vanished without any word and th service for four and a half hours without anybody telling me that the service was completed. The guy who attended me vanished without any word and the other guys ignored me. The service was done in about one hour. Finally another guy agreed to see what was going on but was disrespectful when I started to complain. He picked up the phone, started to talk to someone and said to me: “I am in the phone. Don’t you see?” Nobody was polite. It was a terrible experience. My only question after that is: how can you compete with other country’s car industry with a service like that? More
