It was a nightmare. I paid $1700 for repairs. My vehicle was in their shop for a week. I'm still having the same issues with my vehicle. I was treated with no respec I paid $1700 for repairs. My vehicle was in their shop for a week. I'm still having the same issues with my vehicle. I was treated with no respect once I attempted to correct the matter. I didn't want to write a negative review but after making multiple attempts to speak to the GM via telephone and emails I was left with no choice but to finally answer this request for review. I'm very hurt and upset over the way I was treated and how anyone feels that its ok to take $1700 from someone. More

Due to unforseen staffing issues at both the Service Advisor desk and in the Oil change center, the speed of service was exceptionally slow for a Saturday afternoon. In at 10:45am out at 1:35pm. Footnote, my report "suggested" both air and cabin filters. Automatic? I think, Yes Neither was opened and checked. 100+% sure... Both just done by me 30 days ago... More
