I had previously had many issues with a different service writer, to the point I had to contact Chrysler directly. I was assured by Chrysler that my car will be fixed properly at Arrigo Margate and I was to writer, to the point I had to contact Chrysler directly. I was assured by Chrysler that my car will be fixed properly at Arrigo Margate and I was to work directly with the service department manager Joe, I did and my issues were resolved. I am now working with Brian Crystall. I must say he is EXCELLENT, he actually does listen to the customer. My faith has been restored in Arrigo Margate because of Brian and Joe. GREAT JOB GUYS. Also Arrigo Margate is one of the best run, organized and cleanest Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealerships in South Florida. More

Always done my both vehicles services here but this time I was not happy with the bad service. I went because I received a coupon in my email for a discount on various services for my dodge. I went for a 4 I was not happy with the bad service. I went because I received a coupon in my email for a discount on various services for my dodge. I went for a 4 wheel alignment which I had the coupon for and I was told i couldn’t get the discount. I noticed that there was little to no effort made on finding a solution so I left and unfortunately you lost my business for any other services than oil change. More
