Had a horrible experience once again for the third time, my oil change took forever and after was done there was oil splash/spills all over the front bumper and oil smudges inside of my car. Waited over a hour for car wash because of oil stains and car was still dirty oil was not washed off they just spayed my 65k challenger down with water and wiped it dry with dirt still on it in very unsatisfied with service numerous times at the dealership More

It was not the best experience. I left my car at 9am, and by 1 pm no one contacted me. After calling several times and being place on hold always, one of the agents even told me tha I left my car at 9am, and by 1 pm no one contacted me. After calling several times and being place on hold always, one of the agents even told me that I need to wkeep waiting in the worst attitude. I was finally able to talk to another perdon who at least showed interest in my issue. I paid for an oil change that I did not need, but what I wanted was to check what the car needed. I was provided chank point revision with the same recommendations I got a ear ago. Meaning, you did not check the car in over y hours it was there. I hope at least the oil change I paid for, was compleated. More
