It was not the best experience. I left my car at 9am, and by 1 pm no one contacted me. After calling several times and being place on hold always, one of the agents even told me tha I left my car at 9am, and by 1 pm no one contacted me. After calling several times and being place on hold always, one of the agents even told me that I need to wkeep waiting in the worst attitude. I was finally able to talk to another perdon who at least showed interest in my issue. I paid for an oil change that I did not need, but what I wanted was to check what the car needed. I was provided chank point revision with the same recommendations I got a ear ago. Meaning, you did not check the car in over y hours it was there. I hope at least the oil change I paid for, was compleated. More

This dealer is the absolute worst. I wasted 3 hours for appraisal, signed credit app, was approved… told dealer I had to run as our two children were being babysat while we killed our I wasted 3 hours for appraisal, signed credit app, was approved… told dealer I had to run as our two children were being babysat while we killed our entire morning. Told I would be back in 2.5 hours, after bucking up 2 kids under 3 and rushing back I was called 2 mins from dealer they sold the truck! The Sales Manager Jeff, is the absolute worst and is a xxxxxxxx… he went on to blame the salesmen for the deal. It’s his fault as we both shook hands (jeff and I) prior to me leaving saying the deal was done. This is by far the most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever been to. I will be reporting to BBB as well as corporate because I’ve never been treated so poorly after being approved with a very high credit score. So thanks for nothing margate keep being terrible to good people. Unprofessional, and nasty is how I would explain this spot. Steer clear and never deal with these guys they are an absolute joke! More
