I factory ordered a 2022 Dodge Charger. When I did so I was told an 8-12 week production, transportation, and delivery window. On June 14th, I was told my vehicle would be delivered on June When I did so I was told an 8-12 week production, transportation, and delivery window. On June 14th, I was told my vehicle would be delivered on June 20th. June 21st rolls around and my vehicle was in a shipping delay. July 1st comes…then July 8th comes…then July 25th comes and still nothing. Finally, on July 26th, I was contacted saying my car had been delivered…over 12 weeks from my original order date. So I was lied to about the delivery date and the delivery window, neither of which were met due to unforeseen “delays” or so they say. So, while I did get my car, this dealership ruined my experience buying one and made me lose all trust in everyone working there. More
