If I could give this zero stars I would! We have been to this dealership repeatedly for the same issues they are unresponsive they do not care! They were supposed to tighten a seat and left We have been to this dealership repeatedly for the same issues they are unresponsive they do not care! They were supposed to tighten a seat and left my daughter without a car for three days and no phone call. I went into the dealership to find out what was going on and they notified me then oh we need to order a part again. No phone call no nothing just left her car sitting there for no reason knowing they couldn’t do a xxxx thing and nobody cared and I lost an hour and a half waiting to pick up the car because they were ready to just leave it there until the parts came in possibly in a week to two weeks. There is no accountability and they just do crappy work time after time and if it wasn’t for the fact that it was under warranty and they were the ones who caused the problem I would never step foot back in this dealership ever as long as I live More
