Under warranty, on Aug 2nd, 2022 I brought our Jeep Wrangler to Arrigo Margate to have an oil leak fixed. Service team (Brian Crystal said the oil filter was improperly installed during previous servi Wrangler to Arrigo Margate to have an oil leak fixed. Service team (Brian Crystal said the oil filter was improperly installed during previous service and Arrigo's time for this fix was not covered under warranty. I had to pay for the service and the cost of a rental car through Enterprise.. At that time it made since because there were no more obvious leaks. Fast forward to Today, Aug 5, 2022, I just tried to go to work this morning and my Jeep just leaked out about a quart of oil on our driveway. This is so frustrating. This needs to be fixed and I should be reembursed for the rental car and previous diagnosis because the issue is obviously not fixed. This vehicle is still under full warranty and is my only mode of transportation. Please help me! Darrell Barbery, Coconut Creek, FL. More

They made an end of lease buy back into a nightmare. Dan Welsh, Isac and the finance director were dishonest with information they gave me. First of all I was not greeted or given any attention from an employee for approximately 20 minutes of arriving. Also, I will make note that I was the only person in the service area at the time. Furthermore, I presented to the service representative that I have a service contract I purchased at another dealership that was good at any dodge dealership. The employee did not bother to look into it. I was promised a follow up but that still has not happened. I’ve come to expect this type of service from Arrigo. Anytime I have been to arrigo it’s been horrible customer service. If not for proximity of dealership to my home I would not deal with them More
