I went in for Tire rotation and oil change. Only two tires were rotated. When I explained This to the service manager and staff there was no apology, no recompense. Nothing. No courtesy service to take the customer home . It's was said that I would have to leave it before the mechanic saw it. You seen to only concern yourself with fixing a major issue.
