Saw Brian Crystal on Tuesday and set appointment for Friday at 830 am. Brought my Ram 1500 in at 830 am. It sat in the parking lot till 230 pm, where I asked if it was looked at. He said no, do want to Friday at 830 am. Brought my Ram 1500 in at 830 am. It sat in the parking lot till 230 pm, where I asked if it was looked at. He said no, do want to take it with me. It was brought in for a 30 minute recall and it wasn't even looked at. I will never bring it to this dealership again. Service sucks! More
