Went in for oil change and software update,told advisor to fill tires with nitrogen, Truck came out 2 hours later. Went to service counter and no paperwork given to me. So I get in vehicle and no oil chang to fill tires with nitrogen, Truck came out 2 hours later. Went to service counter and no paperwork given to me. So I get in vehicle and no oil change sticker also oil life not reset and no nitrogen put in the tires, so I go back and ask if oil was changed he called the tech and he said that he forgot to reset oil life indicator and the oil sticker also forgot to fill tires. I'm not sure anything was done More
