Car was there almost three weeks. No one would answer my calls literally called 17 times in one day with no call back when I finally got the GM to get someone to answer they told me No one would answer my calls literally called 17 times in one day with no call back when I finally got the GM to get someone to answer they told me my car hadn’t even been looked at and there ware 30 cars I front of it ! Told me the warranty wasn’t good when it was. Just horrible customer service, who has one mechanic?. Come on!!! I should have read the terrible Yelp reviews before I took it there, and saved myself time and money. Had the car towed somewhere else yesterday even though I was told anywhere else I would take it take just as long. Guess I’ll find out, hopefully I wont have to wait days for a callback. 96 one star reviews on Yelp out of 123.. says it all doesn’t it! Arrigo Margate SUCKS! More
