Very long wait time to finalize sale… I sat for over 3 hours waiting to only provide payment and signatures. When I made the appointment over the phone for my peeling screen I was told that they would need to see my car to make sure it was under warranty. When I arrived I told the service advisor that I would just screen I was told that they would need to see my car to make sure it was under warranty. When I arrived I told the service advisor that I would just like to make sure it’s under warranty and order the parts if necessary and schedule an appointment for another day to drop my car off to do the work so that I can arrange for a ride and schedule my work around it. I waited for an hour and forty five minutes then asked how much longer it would be. He told me that my car hasn’t even been looked at and that there are two cars in front of me and will probably be at least another hour and a half to two hours before it would be seen. I asked to just take my car I would need to reschedule and he couldn’t have seemed happier to give me my key and send me on my way. I get a receipt in my email which the service advisor stated that “CUSTOMER LEFT DUE TO VEHICLE NOT BEING ABLE TO BE LOOKED AT IN 1 HOUR CUSTOMER REQUESTED TO TAKE THE VEHICLE“ Which was completely inaccurate, It was after almost two hours of waiting and then being told it would be AT LEAST another hour and a half to two hours that I requested to take my car. Excellent customer service, from arrival to departure. Outside gentleman who greets the customers to my service agent who I cannot remember his name but it should be on file, the service is 2nd to none. I was not pleased with the service! I brought my PT Cruiser in because it was overheating. A few days later I received a call from them saying that the cause was the cooling fan not wor I brought my PT Cruiser in because it was overheating. A few days later I received a call from them saying that the cause was the cooling fan not working properly. The cost was $1,799.15 to replace the fan. I picked the vehicle up, and I didn't even make it home before it overheated. I brought it back, this time they said it was a bad radiator cap. I picked the car up, and once again it overheated. I brought it back AGAIN, and now they're saying that I may need a new motor!!!! 😖 More
I was satisfied with the work and was fixed very fast. I waited only to find out it was there all the time they were too lazy to look properly. I realize they are busy but its very frustrating because I realized If I had asked them to look again they would have gotten angry. I didnt say anything but I feel they could be trained better in customer service. More
