Kc and joshua were great, attentive, and took time to deliver the car free if charge for me. I did have issue with seat belt, which happened 2 days after i bought the car that was not covered by the arri deliver the car free if charge for me. When I walked into the service area no one even acknowledged me for several minutes even though several advisors were there. Yes they weresomewhat busy on the phone and such but I wasn’t even sure acknowledged me for several minutes even though several advisors were there. Yes they weresomewhat busy on the phone and such but I wasn’t even sure I was waiting in the right spot. Once I got someone’s attention my issues were addressed so hence the 4 stars. But to get that 5th star a simple “I’ll be with you in a moment” would go a long way to making the customer feel assured instead of ignored. Thanks More
