I visited on a Saturday morning, which was quite busy. I appreciate that I was able to have my car serviced, and I thank the team for making it happen same day despite some delays. My one issue is that there wasn’t anyone addressing any of the express lane vehicles that were piling up outside, and it caused some confusion for myself and the other customers. However, David Denison was extremely helpful and treated me with respect. Were it not for him, I likely would have rated a lower score by at least a star. He went above and beyond, and was extremely professional, as well as courteous. When I checked out, he even used a mopar coupon on my behalf, and got me the best deal I could for my vehicle service. I’ve been to the location twice and I don’t have any real issues with it other than the express lane’s lack of communication or presence. Again, I’d like to thank David for making my experience much better than I anticipated. I will visit this location again to service my vehicle. The guy took initiative and fixed the chaos the express lane was causing by himself and treated me like a person, not just a customer. Thank you, David. More
