It was a great experience from beginning to end. KC was very patient and understanding throughout the negotiations and Lt Dan was the same. Great to run into a Massachusetts friend. No estimate provided. Charged over 300 dollars to replace 4 lugnuts. Not 4 sets. 4 individual lugnuts! It took 3 hours and charged nearly 200 dollars in labor.
