Dropped my truck off at 7:30 in the morning for an oil change and tire rotation. They said it should only be a couple hours and would call when it was done at 11 o’clock I hadn’t heard anything so I start change and tire rotation. I thought I called at least six times each time being put on hold for 15 minutes and nobody ever picking up. I finally reach somebody at 3 o’clock they checked on the truck and said it had not been started yet. But they would get it in right away and it would definitely be done today. At 5 o’clock I still hadn’t heard so I called and again got an answering service voicemail. Long story short I had to wait till the next day to pick my truck up. Very poor service More
