My car was towed there after I already towed it to Rick Case in hun, I left word for them to check battery and they did but still charged me 189.00 diagnosed check, I then get in vehicle get around corner Case in hun, I left word for them to check battery and they did but still charged me 189.00 diagnosed check, I then get in vehicle get around corner after paying $445.69 for a battery an tire pressure check is on now in vehicle but I read book and it said it should reset after driving for about 20 minutes More

I have stated my concern to the ones now recently placed in charge to make a change here at the arrigo Jeep / margate “service department “. The one main issue I had was communication which led me to have t in charge to make a change here at the arrigo Jeep / margate “service department “. The one main issue I had was communication which led me to have to come in just to get a status on repair and waste 3 months of figuring out the issue with my vehicle “water leak”. I would not like to see anyone else waste their valuable time of day to go through the same ordeal. I was told staffing might have been the issue, but to be quite honest when your vehicle reaches a certified technician to determine the problem that should have nothing to do with it. More
