The service department is shocking. I come here because I live close by. But this is the last time I'll be going here. The margate service center consistently continues to disappoint and offer sub-standard customer service. I am constantly sent coupons from "ARRIGO DODGE" and when I try to use them at this location's se disappoint and offer sub-standard customer service. I am constantly sent coupons from "ARRIGO DODGE" and when I try to use them at this location's service center, I am constantly met with resistance and or even turned away as the coupon will not be honored. Communication from service advisors and service managers are never consistent and it is extremely frustrating. Unless this is addressed I will not be returning to this location, and based on the other customers that I have been around while there, I am confident I am not alone. More
