I’ve never been treat so horribly as a customer in my life. Between the service manager telling me not to flip out- to my service advisor hanging up on me- being charged $900 by enterprise because servic life. Between the service manager telling me not to flip out- to my service advisor hanging up on me- being charged $900 by enterprise because service advisor didn’t renew the rental in time- to keeping my vehicle for 2 months (didn’t even detail the vehicle) - then having back the vehicle after two months and check engine light came back on 3 days after- then getting a call a month later asking for my vehicle mileage and VIN #- The worst experience with a dealership I ever. More
