I will start off by saying our salesman Nick Grimaldi was absolutely amazing could not have been more helpful and friendly then we could have asked for. Nick worked for three days trying to locate a vehicle absolutely amazing could not have been more helpful and friendly then we could have asked for. Nick worked for three days trying to locate a vehicle for us due to such short inventory and he was able to make it happen I can’t say enough good things about Nick and his work ethic. With that being said I wish I could give 0 stars. The service department the service manager (Jonathan)the service writer (Dave) are absolutely horrendous. Brought the vehicle in With 85 miles on it for a recall and a couple of other little minor issues that my wife noticed. The service writer talk to my wife as if she was an idiot and had no idea what she was talking about maker her feel stupid. The service manager was standing right there listening to the entire conversation because he picked his head up listening to the way the service writer was talking to my wife and did absolutely nothing. The behavior of these two employees is absolutely unacceptable and a horrible representation of a dealership. The service writer does not listen to the customer’s concerns and tries to dismiss everything. I will tell you I will never go to this dealership I will never recommend them to anybody I will go out of my way to discourage people from going to this dealership just because of the way Dave and Jonathan treated my wife. I know this is not an isolated incident because my brother-in-law who recently bought a very expensive Grand Wagoneer from this dealership was treated the exact same way when he went back to have an issue looked as a matter of fact he was treated worse by the same people. If this is how jeep treats all their customers I’m surprise they’re still in business. I can say I Will be taking my business to another manufacturer when it’s time to purchase a new vehicle. I have two other family members who will be getting two new cars in the next couple of years and I can tell you this they not be coming to this dealership to buy them. I probably will not be buying a product my Dodge Jeep or any of the Chrysler corporation just because of the way this dealership (service department) treats people. I would like to reiterate the fact that our salesman Nick Grimaldi was absolutely amazing and the service manager and service writer should take note on how Nick’s customer service is. If you still want to buy a car from the dealership after this review make sure to speak with Nick For great customer service, But plan on going somewhere else if you need anything else done. More

I dropped my car off on a Friday, with an appointment. They said they would need more time with the car and I said I could leave it overnight.
